Comments:
4.51 up and down Liberty Mountain Drive. Nice and easy pace with a few strides/pick-ups thrown in.
Overall felt alright. My shins and calves swelled up like crazy which tends to happen every time I overeat on the weekends and then try to run on the road lol. Knee felt alright, only bugged a little on downhills.
Stoked for Saturday!!
