Comments:
4x1200. goal pace was 3:36, wasn't anywhere near that due to wind and bad lack of sleep past few days. 3:38, 3:39, 3:41, 3:39. both shins hurting a lot, and left groin+quad hurting with each step. gonna just pool run+bike tomorrow. also had 4x200 after the 12's, but i sat that out cause the cost of hurting my hip more outweighed any possible benefit of those
