400m warm up - alternating freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke.
6 x 50m freestyle w/ 30 second rest.
6 x 100m (freestyle, breaststroke, freestyle, backstoke =100m) w/ 45 second rest.
6 x 25m - freestyle, breastroke, freestyle, backstroke, freestyle, freestyle.
400m warm down alternating freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke.
Felt good, went well.
