Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Windy but fine
Comments:
Did a relaxed 2km jog down to the hutt rec then did some dynamic stretches and a couple of strides. Did the fartlek session which consisted of: 8 minutes hard, 4 minutes easy, 8 minutes hard, 5 minutes easy, 5 minutes hard, 5 minutes easy, 5 minutes hard. Then did 4 strides and did a 2km warm down back home.
Was pretty hard, felt a bit better than last week but was still a very hard session. The new spikes hurt my feet a bit but it wasn't unbearable. Just needs a bit of wearing into.
