Weather: Cold, rainy, humid. 40s.
Comments:
Nicenice running weather. Good race, pred by 11 seconds. Im hoping im sub 3!!! Ran warmup race and cooldown alone. Felt good for all of it. Race, breathing was okay. It was better than last week but at the end after i finished it was hard catching my breath. I finally pushed it at 200. In my head was just 'catch that ignatius girl'.
Splis: 1:27. 1:32.
Extra: 5x100 strides.And 400 shakeout with yoyo and dana.
Oh yeah, yesterday i ate plain wheat pasta and apples, today i ate a clif bar, half of a subway, and a cereal box i got from jose.
