Went alright. Ran 4:48 in the mile 63 second quarter. Just want my legs to be under me again. It's not like I'm running bad for coming from 6 months of injury. Its the fact the my best friend is about to break the school record in the mile, don't get me wrong I'm super happy for him, its just frustrating to see where i could have been if this didn't happen. and yeah other than that, everything is good.
