Hill Workout

First hill workout of the summer. I'm going to try to keep the hill workouts consistent- every Wednesday. I went down to the meadow and did a little figure eight. Up the gradual hill, around the benches, back down the hill, through the little break in the trees at the bottom of the hill and around it and back up again. Felt pretty good for the first 5 then started feeling them. Focused on driving the arms, driving the knees up and pushing off my toes. It was a little tricky because the hill is torn up with giant holes so footing wasn't to great. Overall good workout.
