Weather: Windy, cold 55s? Not bad weather.
Comments:
Great running weather and felt awesome and fastttt. I definitely went like 9 minute pace. My legs felt so bouncyyyyy! I also didnt have my wrap on and it felt awesome. I didnt notice it wasnt on until i hit the stoplight. Besides my right knee which felt kinda iffy, everything was good.
Extra: rehab.
