Comments:
Total two miles warmup and cooldown, all with Katie.
Two mile was completely jizztastic and I felt really good and I felt like I started fast and I also feel like I was hauling ass the last 300, which was a nice change haha.
The mile was not as fabulous, even though it felt fast as heeeellllllllll. I guess I lost it and just got out of the race.
