Comments:
Pretty sore from yesterday, did the exact same thing as yesterday actually. Didn't push as much in the first mile but instead tried to keep it more controlled and relaxed. Put in a liitle surge for about 100 meters with a kilo to go, felt alright I guess. 3x~100 was a 51.6 today, slightly slower. Definitely felt it after the second sprint, got halfway through the 3rd one and just hit a wall..sad. Ran back to the house afterwards instead of walking tho. Strecthed and strided after the distance run and after the sprints too.
