First real run back since the surgery. Thursday night we were up at Penn til earlier today and thursday night we played a serious game of tag in the two hotel parking lots, felt alright I guess. Def lost all my speed. Friday just jogged around randomly at the stadium, not too much really and today I warmed up with the 4x4 team and felt alright. The main problem is my breathing, its just so out of whack its crazy. Anyways took the first mile out kinda fast just to see what it felt like then slowed down alot in the other 2 miles. same thing as mentioned tomorrow, dont feel like loggin it again. 3x~100 was a 51.47 tho
