Time to finally do something.

Biked to Bute Park, did two loops in the grass easy, then drilled, then did two long striders across a rugby field, running back easy. one more easy loop, then did abs and hips and stretched in the grass and laid around in the beautiful sunshine awhile. :) then biked home. did 10 minutes of each leg up on the wall while watching big bang theory. WHY DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS SHOW??? It's absolutely hilarious!!!!

It feels so nice to have spent time outside, instead of cooped up in my room. It feels so nice to run and bike and actually do things. I would very much like to make a habit of it.
