Ran with my high school cross country coach (He is 55) so this one was pretty slow, which is perfectly fine. I wanted to get more miles in, but I had to get home to take my sister to work. I might do 4-5 easy tonight, if not, I'll need 8 and 9 the next two days to hit 50.
