good ride, starting to feel like i'm getting in somewhat biking shape, sadly that means I am probably getting even more out of running shape
Things I want to do for sure when I can run again: break 5, break 17, win labor day, win gary smith, run boston...may all be lofty coming off a long lay off but what the heck
