Comments:
week worked out very nicely, dropped to 40 which i think helped my legs out, two good races, 5:02 1500 and 2:30 800, went low on miles early in the week because my legs were pretty dead and finished up with quite a few today but they were spread out between my races and probably around a 5 mile cool down.
