Comments:
Decent workout. I def didnt hydrate enough. I felt dizzy and naceous. But the last two were tough not physically but breathing wise. Suring my cooldown, my breathing was icky. Warmup and cooldown with sara and danielle, workout a little behind sara. My right knee felt iffy...

Target: 44-45.
