Comments:
Got out nice and early today. Felt a little off but managed to push through. Pushed for a slightly faster pace and got through 5km in less than 30min which was pleasing. Didn't keep for negative split though, coming home I was very fatigued (central, rather than physical). By the time I got to Suda Ave I was beat and wasn't sure if I'd make the walk home! Glad that I finshed the run, glad I did it in a better time but the way I felt makes me think that on a better day, I could improve markedly. Nice to see the same faces on the track each sunday morning. One guy, probably 50+, keeps a cracking pace - hopefully I'll be running like that at his age!
