Bad start to the week :(

Comments:
Woke up at 0445 but as soon as I had my sneakers on JDB woke for a feed. Put him back down 'cause MAF is too tired but it ate into my running time. Left house at 0515 and went for shorter, faster run but crashed out after about 2K. Sore glute on the left side, tight back and general lethargy plus the disruption to my normal routine all played against me. Walked 600m on back hill but managed to run back home from Hmont corner. Really need to stretch as the tightness is affecting me badly. Also need to ensure that I stick to M/W/F as much as possible cause the doubling up twice in the last 7 days was probably not helping at all. Will reset and go again on Wed for 5K, and will try to get a stretching session in tonight after JDB goes down. Fingers crossed that it helps with the tightness.
