Weather: Hot assss frick! High 80s.

Comments:
Ran with sara, yoyo, dana,and danielle again. Good run but very hotttt and sweaty. That part by my knee felt fine but i felt weak and dehydrated but i hydrated alot.... Idk. :( my legs also felt a bit sore from yesterday but no biggie.

Extra: back routine, runners arm.

Splits: 9:55, 9:40, 9:41.
