Rounded the numbers up, and did Linda backwards. Normally it's 10-1 so it gets easier as you go along!
Felt good. Haven't picked up a (sorta)heavy deadlift in a while. I was gonna do the treadmill tabata but felt like I was gonna puke after the deadlifts! Gonna do some 400s later hopefully.
