Tough on the Track

Comments:
Today's workout started out tough and then got a little easier at the end. We were assigned:
800 at R
4x400 at R
Equal jog recovery. My R pace for the 800 is 2:06. Sam brought us out in a 29 (Classic). Then 61 through 400. I struggled to a 2:07 finish. Not happy about that one. 400s were much easier though.

Felt smooth on these. Nice cooldown on the xc course afterwards.
