Weather: Fine, a bit windy.
  
  Comments: 
Did the same fartlek that I have been doing but reduced some of the recovery times. 8 minutes hard, 4 minutes easy, 8 minutes hard, 4 minutes easy, 5 minutes hard, 2.5 minutes easy, 5 minutes hard. Was going at a good speed, probably faster than the previous ones I have done. This was just done around Barton's Bush at TMP.
