Comments:
Did a 400m warm up alternating strokes.
2 x 25, 50, 75, 100, 75, 50, 25m freestyle. Rests went like this - 15, 30, 45, 60, 45, 30. Tried to maintain a good pace and it felt fine.
Then did 8 x 25m freestyle, breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke at a fast pace w/ 30 second rest.
Then 2 x 50m freestyle at a very fast pace - under 40 seconds with a 1 minute rest.
200m warm down
