Comments:
Race day. 8 min warmup. 6 min cooldown. 5 min warmup. 5 min cooldown. Ran the 800m and 4x4, didnt respond to the fast pace they went out at the first lap. Was hurting a bit my back was hurting a bit. But it was the mental aspect mostly.
