1 Mile Run (This was SO SLOW!)
The second mile was the worst part. Don't know the exact time but it felt like forever! Fun little workout to kick off the summer :) Was originally gonna do a workout with double unders and push press because of my knee but it was just one of those days where I couldn't get more than 2 DU's at a time.
