Comments:
1st workout in a really long time. Only a 2 mile tempo, but I will build on this. Hopefully 3 miles next week. Goal pace is 6 minute pace, but I was fast on this one. I didn't really have any checkpoints before mile 1 to tell how fast I was going though.
