Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warmup with Katie, Jen, Gaby and Bettine. Cooldown with Katie and Gaby. Workout mainly with Jen. 6x200, first 50 goal mile, middle 100 all out, last 50 goal mile. It was hard to slow down correctly after the middle 50 but it was fine. Also it was hard to turn the corners.
