Original plan was to do different exercises each commercial break (Push-Ups, swings, abs, etc.) but (I never thought I would say this) the breaks were too short! So I picked out a workout from my epic list and worked up a sweat while watching It's Always Sunny.

Good stuff! Had to try to work off some of the amazing banana bread I couldn't stop eating today!
