Weather: sunny breezy

Comments:
slow on the way out, quick on the way in. last three with mac, mcnair, cuneo, thompson. did two striders but followed advice of asst. coaches and stopped. they noticed a limp in my stride, probaly stemming from patella soreness. overall, felt terrible at the beginning, feeling better afterwards. and thus concludes the tale of my basic run.
