wanted to see if I'm in shape. I wasn't. It didn't hurt though, so that was good news.

Biked out to Bute park, warmed up, drilled, three miles with three minute recovery between each, a couple long strides, then stretched/abs/hips before biking home.

The goal is to always stay on the grass. Did that well.

A man saw me sit down and put my head on my knees in disappointment after the third mile, and stopped to talk to me about running and his dog and how I need to keep my chin up. He was nice, and his dog was pretty. :)
