I completely forgot about filling in my log these past couple months, but I have been running the whole time. I noticed a while back that I have not been improving in my running time, so my father suggested that I run in a special training thing he found online. I ran for .25 miles at 8 mph, with a rest for 1:30 between each set for 6 times.
