Comments:
Ran easy, feeling really really tired, very stiff in legs, and pain in my belly again. No other problems. Set out with the intention to run part way and get a bus, then felt like running more so did. Eventually got the bus from Leisure way up the hill, got off a stop early because of the traffic and ran the rest of the way.
