Weather: cool/windy.
Comments:
4x800 = easy went out in 64, then came back in 70? or something like that.
400 = felt face, but tired. 53.8, but i don't think that is right. stupid hand timers.
3200 = 11:04. Bauer thinks we ran faster than that. Once again, stupid hand timers.
4x400 = tired as bawls from the 3200 idk why tho i didn't even run hard. No idea what i split. Hip hurt afterwards.
