Comments:
Easy long run. I wanted to go shorter, but then the short group went SUPER short, go I kept going, and then the middle group got absorbed into the long group. Went all the way around Cardiff Bay. walked back from the Union; I think that is PLENTY of miles for today!

Time for rice and fish. I is hungry, rawr.
