Felt really nice to go again. I haven't been in a while. Didn't realize just how much more tight I've gotten. Not running, then running, and STUDYING has killed my neck and shoulders. No one's arms are weaker than mine.

This session was pretty cool. We have a substitute instructor and one time she put us in this really cool pose where one person went into downward dog and the other person did a handstand and put their feet on the other person's hips, pushing against their back. It was really rough on my arms :P but it's a great stretch. I felt like an acrobat :D
