Comments:
A bit chilly (42ish) and windy, but sunny. To do 3 sets of mile at treashold (start at 6:20 and end with 6:05), 400 jog, 400 fast, 400 jog. Took me a lap or so to warm up, but then got rolling and felt FANTASTIC. Went 6:15, 79, 6:06, 79, 6:04, 75 (39, 36). I felt in control and super strong. (400 jogs in workout mileage below.)
