University Relays XC - think the course is about 4km. Didn't have the best race but I wasn't too bothered. I'd done a pretty hard, hilly long run and weights on the Thursday, got tripped up in the race and fell into a gorse bush and lost about 10 or so seconds then after that I didn't really have the dedication to keep pushing. There was no-one around me either which made it a bit more difficult. Under better circumstances I could have probably done closer to 14 but this was only really meant as a training run so 14:58 is fine for a hilly XC course.
