Comments:
Did a 4 mile tempo with Zach and he ran barefoot. Mile splits were 6:25 6:36 6:27 5:47 the 2nd mile was slower because we were being warned about glass on the trail so we lost 10 seconds or so. We walked the last 400m due to Zach's blisters =( poor guy still has to work.
