So I intended to run some interval reps in the short-cut grass on a field in Bute Park, but when I got there, there were kids playing and people playing with their dogs and people studying out on it and I just left like I'd be in the way. I wanted to run on the nice, freshly cut grass, however; the fields there are huge!!! perfect for soft surface training. so I just did a fartlek on it instead! it was quite hard for me; I think I was pushing pretty well. barefoot lap after.
