Weather: warm with a bit of wind

Ouuuuch!
My shins hurt pretty badly, especially going downhill!
I felt so weak, but I knew that I couldnt push myself to far..it got to the point where I was almost crying so I stopped myself, and I walked alot.
it was a great workout though, just painful.
