I didn't have too many problems, I think the new shoes are helping now
I forgot to take starting pulse, but I remembered the halfway pulse (I judged by trying to count for six seconds, and then multiplying by ten) half :190 end:200 I think I got my at rest pulse at around 60, but I am not too good at counting my pulse for some reason
