First 15 min run with my dad!
-forgot about the 180 cadence at first (I should try the metronome next time) but the forefoot strike is really natural now :)
70% bumpy grass / 30% roads
STR, foot drills, abs, 3x15 one-legged squats, 3x30 calf raises
Felt great!
