my times were abt:
first 4: 86
2nd: 89
1st 2: 34
2nd: 35

legs felt very heavy. didn't run very fast exactly...but i got it done.
ran the first 200 with emma. thought id run the 2nd faster than the first cauz i was on my toes more etc but guess not...
recoveries were pretty long i think (not a whole lap or anything but until got breath back)
