Open track, ran to the track from home and ran with Whitney O'Bryan, Ry and DRoby at the track for about 3 miles, Coach Rowe showed me how to pole vault a little, and i hurt my hamstring on the last jump. It's OK. Ran in the new Nimbus 9..
