An easy run with Amanda. She couldn't really keep up with 7 minute pace, so I decided that I would make it an easy day and take the 7:30 pace to recover my legs a little. I then blasted a fast 1.5 mile to wake my legs up and do a few strides. Almost halfway to 50 miles for the week!
