15 min RUN : felt good and strong and I tried to be slow!
60 min aquajog: MED : my mind is nice and clear after that!
3x 15 1-legged squat with theraband
STR, foot drills
3x30 calf raises
Maybe the vaguest dull ache in my problem area, but so vague and occasional that I hesitate in mentioning it. I took it easier on my run!
