Comments:
did nothing all day, then ran. the old 8-mile loop. it was low-80s, but didn't feel all that bad. the pace felt good, comfortable. tried to stay relaxed and not push too much. my legs are sore. i don't know if i actually lost fitness or if it's just the hills.
