Comments:
Day of History paper only got 45 minutes of sleep 1 mile warm up then jumped into 1000's 3:02-3:05-3:01-3:04-3:16. 400 1:11 died felt terrible supposed to do 9 repeats then 3 mile cool down crappy day.
