I LOVE the lady that teaches this class. She reminds me of my aunt. who also does yoga. anyway.

Today was the first day that I actually looked like the experienced one in the class. Only three people showed up, including me, and the other two had injuries that directly impacted their ability to get into poses. I felt fine, was chilling coming off my run, and surprised myself by being able to both get into and hold that pose where you put your palms together behind your back, with your fingertips pointed up and your hands kind of between your shoulder blades. try it. it kills your wrists. but it's apparently really good for your shoulders. you have to keep them down and back. apparently I have really flexible shoulders. would never have guessed that.

I really need to find a yoga place in Cleveland. I am absolutely not willing to give this up when I go back to the states. I <3 yoga!!!!!!!!
