10 min. freestyle warmup, 2 x (200 yd. pull, 50 yd. freestyle, 100 yd. freestyle, 150 yd. freestyle, 200 yd. freestyle, 200 yd. breaststroke) with 50 yd. pull recovery in between each, 10 min. backstroke cool down
Felt aight, a little rusty after a short break from the pool but wasn't exhausted by the end of it
